My artwork and workshops

Inspired by Islamic geometry and tezhip, see some of my artwork and pictures from my workshops below.

About my Islamic Geometry and Artwork

I studied Islamic geometry and biomorphs at the London-based Art of Islamic Pattern, in London. I continued to learn traditional arts through a VMCTA diploma programme, a Pakistan-based outreach school via the The Prince's School of Traditional Arts in London.

I studied Arabic calligraphy in Leicester for four years and I am undertaking a traditional apprenticeship to learn tezhip with an Islamic illumination teacher in Istanbul.
